They are searching for an Associate Attorney to join their team in Gainesville, GA.Salary$90-100+k base salary (flexible/based on experience) + full benefits (Health Insurance is fully paid, matching 401k, PTO)Job SummaryAssociates will work with legal assistants while creating individualized case plans. In addition, associates will appear for Immigration Court hearings and interviews at the USCIS field office. Our attorneys represent a vulnerable population, so we require patience and diligence from our attorneys.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and passed the Georgia Bar Exam Desired Class Level(s): 3LP, 3LF, 4LP, Grad, LLM, LLM Grad, Reciprocity User, Reciprocity Grad Desired Skills: Research, Writing, Court Appearances, Must be bilingual English & Spanish
