Get more details below!Worksite Location: Duluth, MNCompensation: $75,000-$100,000 annuallyWhat you will do as the Sales Manager:Direct and monitor the Soft Drink Sales Team in the areas of sales, placements, distribution, product rotation, code dates, pricing, POS, displays, and cooler position/setsDefine and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectivesMaintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer baseWork closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs as well as local and national programsMeet or Exceed set KPI's and other performance goals including Volume, Margin, Out Date/Breakage, and New Product DistributionCreate and maintain annual budgetWhat you will bring to the role as the Sales Manager:Bachelors Degree in Sales or Marketing5+ years of experience in a sales and marketing managing positionKnowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change managementKnowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectationsExperience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations effortsAbility to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members, and partners Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partnersAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environmentAs an equal-opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
