Steel Project Manager

Position OverviewWe are one of the largest fabricators and erectors of structural steel and other metals, producing over 10,000 tons of steel annually. Our family-owned business employs a remarkable team of craftsmen, delivering excellence in all aspects of steel fabrication and erection. We operate a 200,000 square-foot automated fabrication facility, ensuring exceptional quality while maintaining the highest safety standards. Our award-winning portfolio includes commercial and industrial projects..Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple steel construction projects simultaneously.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions as needed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during steel erection and fabrication processes.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience in steel erection and fabrication management.Strong understanding of structural steel design and construction processes.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with project management software and tools.BenefitsHealthDentalVisionPTOBonusEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
