AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will specialize in real estate law, with a focus on transactional real estate, development, and land use. This role will involve providing legal guidance, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal counsel on real estate transactions and developments.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to land use and real estate.Advise clients on compliance with zoning laws and regulations.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client projects.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings.Stay updated on changes in real estate law and related regulatory requirements.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional and real estate law.Strong understanding of land use regulations and development processes.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.BenefitsMedical Vision Dental401KEmployee WellnessPTOEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
