The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our clients' interests and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. THIS IS A WORK FROM HOME POSITION- but MUST be able to travel state wide for depositions and court appearances.Role DescriptionThis is a full time hybrid (remote/in-person) role for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at The Maxx Law Firm. The attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with personal injury cases, including drafting legal motions, representing clients in court trials, and conducting depositions.QualificationsExperience in Law, Courts, Trials, and DepositionsStrong legal research and writing skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience with personal injury cases is preferredTime management and self motivationJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolMember of the Arkansas BarPreferencesSpanish SpeakingMember of the Texas Bar
