The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the second phase of our ServiceNow deployment, focusing on integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance automation and optimize service management processes. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow, AI/ML technologies, IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, and experience working within federal compliance and security frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Develop and integrate AI and ML capabilities into the ServiceNow platform to enhance automation and decision-making processes in a federal setting.uses generative AI that is designed to enhance user productivity and efficiency through conversation and proactive experiences.Now Assist use machine learning and natural language processing to interpret user inputs, generate human-like responses, and improve their capabilities through ongoing interactionsDesign and implement AI-powered chatbots, virtual agents, and predictive analytics solutions tailored for government operations.Collaborate with federal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-enhanced ServiceNow solutions.Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and others, to incorporate AI-driven functionalities.Implement and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) models within ServiceNow's Virtual Agent.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with federal regulations when integrating AI solutions into ServiceNow workflows.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including AI model performance and ServiceNow configurations.Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement of AI-enhanced ServiceNow applications.Stay up-to-date with the latest AI, ML, and ServiceNow trends and technologies relevant to federal IT environments.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologiesStrong understanding of ServiceNow Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.Experience working with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD modules.Knowledge of federal security and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST).Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within federal agencies.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).Experience with AI governance, model training, and MLOps within government environments.
