With 50 years of expertise, our work spans a variety of sectors, including educational facilities, industrial complexes, military structures, and healthcare projects.Construction Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also supervising project teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.Coordinate the efforts of project team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and performance, and implement changes as necessary to ensure project success.Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks to minimize impact on project delivery.Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial, industrial, and educational facilities.Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and best practices.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.Proficient in MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, and P6 software for project management and reporting.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Professional certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
