Position Overview: We are a boutique law firm currently looking for a great Family Law Attorney to join our team in in the Louisville Office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of family law dealing with research, writing, and communication skills, and be able to handle cases from inception to resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and analysis of legal issuesPrepare pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documentsRepresent clients in court, before administrative bodies, in arbitration, or during negotiationsReview and draft contracts, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documentsProvide advice to clients on legal rights, obligations, and remediesAnalyze legal risks and provide creative solutionsQualificationsJuris Doctorate degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in KY state barStrong knowledge of Family LawExcellent research, drafting, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle multiple cases at onceExperience in providing legal advice and representation in family law cases (preferred)Benefits" Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance" Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability" 401(k) Plan" Paid Time Off" Bar dues and CLEs" In-house mentoring programEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
