Known for meticulous attention to detail and a client-first philosophy, the firm remains committed to delivering high-caliber representation across complex litigation matters.About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Insurance Fraud Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join our Complex Litigation Team in Los Angeles.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney experienced in insurance fraud litigation, RICO actions, and civil recovery claims involving both individuals and corporate entities. You will handle a dynamic caseload that includes first- and third-party insurance fraud disputes, coverage litigation, and bad faith claims.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Examinations Under Oath (EUO) and take depositionsDraft and respond to written discoveryPerform coverage analysis and investigative workDraft coverage opinions and legal memorandaLead and support forensic investigations into fraudulent claimsConduct legal research and draft high-quality written workProfessional DevelopmentOur firm prioritizes career growth and trial-readiness.
