In this role, you will be a key team member, involved in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to drive critical business growth pillars. The Sr. Specialist, Category Marketing, reports to a Sr. Manager, Category Marketing, and is responsible for supporting Skincare campaign planning, development and execution that accelerate growth for current brand partners, and supercharge success for emerging brands. The ideal candidate will have a brand marketing experience, be detail oriented, proficient at collaborating, all while possessing a passion for beautyl. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Working in conjunction with internal and external resources to develop omni-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives including brief development, messaging approach and go-to-market plans for the Skincare Category.Developing and maintaining project timelines to ensure deadlines are met Be an indispensable partner to the brand partners and our merchandising team as you develop and bring to life campaigns that deliver against business objectives. Analyze performance and learnings from previous campaigns to inform future strategies and execution.Collaborate with peers to manage brand production budget; coordinate with paid media and social budget owners to ensure cohesive planning process and view.Maintain knowledge of key retail and industry happenings, consumer and cultural insights, internal operation processes and competitive landscape. : THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS4+ years brand marketing experience; consumer facing marketing experience preferred.An understanding of general marketing practicesCross-functional collaboration and project management skills and experienceSolid communication skills, both written and oral Strong organization and prioritization skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Effective interpersonal skills to interact with cross-departmental groupsStrong understanding of Microsoft Office programsPassion for business/the work and a lifelong learner.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields.Travel may be required (#LI-JR#LI-Hybrid : The pay range for this position is $64,900.00 - $85,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
