RESPONSIBIILITIESWill work with various chemicals including pool chemicals, concrete sealers and painting productsIncludes working on ladders and scaffolding, use of power tools and equipment, as well as operating company vehicles in a variety of weather conditionsPerform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, high quality finish carpentry skills, drywall and various texturingCPO certified in maintaining balanced pools and hot tub chemicalsPerform grounds maintenance, snow removal and ground care in the winter and landscaping tasks in summerQUALIFICATIONS Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's licenseMust work well with others and function as a team memberWilling to learn new skills and perform tasks in a timely and safe mannerMust have at least mid-level maintenance skillsMust be service oriented and self-motivatedComputer skills highly desirableBe willing to perform other duties as assignedWork schedules may include night shifts, weekends and holidaysBasic hand too required, specialty tools providedMust be flexible to work in various Empire Pass locations and will work various shiftsMust be able to perform heave lifting, strenuous work, such as snow removalWork indoors and outdoors in various weather conditionsDATES OF EMPLOYMENTFlex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hoursPAY RATE$23.00 per hourDeer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
