Role Overview: Sodexo is hiring a 2nd-Shift, Environmental Services/Custodial Manager 1 at UT Health Tyler, located in Tyler, Texas.  The UT Health system has one mission: bringing East Texas the world-class care it deserves.  In this role, the Environmental Services Manager 1 will direct the second shift housekeeping operations including O.R., Patient Throughput, Offices, ancillary & public areas.  Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction What You'll Do: The successful candidate will:be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scoresprovide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control departmentwork with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Directoreffectively manages the Unit Operating Systemsupport a diverse and inclusive workforce What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
