ResponsibilitiesAssist cardiologists with cardiac procedures and exams including stress tests. Maintain and monitor systems, equipment and supplies for assigned department. Perform complex and technical electrocardiograms per the request of a physician in the diagnosis of arrhythmias. Utilize MUSE operation and function to include acquisition, editing, transmission and retrieval of data. May provide clerical support for assigned departments. Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. QualificationsJob Requirements:HS DiplomaOne (1) year of related experience in a healthcare environmentACLS within 6 months of hire CPRPreferred Job Requirements: Associate's Degree in CVT program from an accredited institutionNational Certification (RCVT/MA/EMT)Basic Arrhythmia courseCompletion of EKG course
