Clean Harbors is looking for a Sales Administration Analyst to sit in Norwell, MA. The Sales Administration Analyst is responsible for analyzing, processing, reporting and distributing sales information, including the management of the sales systems and the budgeting module, while ensuring accurate and timely information. Why work for Clean Harbors?Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!Competitive wagesComprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employmentGroup 401K with company matching componentOpportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your careerGenerous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursementPositive and safe work environments Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.Provide monthly analysis of Sales performance including but not limited to Key Performance Indicators, Vertical Dashboards, and Revenue ReportingDesign and implement several canned reports for sales and provide reports as requested by all of Sales and Sales Management including revenue reports, territory analysis, budget analysis, and other ad hoc reports.Continually analyze revenue data for accuracy/integrityResearch systems for integrity issues, reporting issues, improvements, and quality controlImprove integrity and automation of sales reportsManage sales hierarchy reporting in Beacon/PS and managing the PS tree structuresBe the administrator of the sales and CAM budget applicationManage Corporate Account Data including integrity of all budgets and account assignmentsContinually manage on quarterly budget changes as well as structural changesManage territory and account assignments and ownership on both primary and secondary ownership levelsResearch and resolve disputes that impact sales bonusesTroubleshoot system issues for the automated bonus application and work with MIS to resolve the issuesWork with finance on accruals, calculate the quarterly sales bonuses, submit payments to payroll for processing, produce reports to show summaries for bonus approval meeting, and distribute final calculation summaries to salesDistribute and track sales bonus plans and non-competitionsConduct special projects and provide adhoc reports as directed by managementPerforms other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.Other assigned dutiesHigh School or equivalent requiredBachelor's Degree preferred 3-5 years, Sales experience; Prior sales systems and application experienceExcellent communication skillsExcellent understanding of CHES sales processes/organizationMust be a team playerStrong customer service skillsExcellent presentation, writing, interpersonal and organizational skillsProficient in Windows based applications (MS Word, Excel, Access)Very detail orientedAbility to work with little supervisionAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProfessional appearance and attitudeExperience administering and analyzing sales programs, data, and informationWondering what to expect in starting your career with Clean Harbors?
