Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Senior Industrialization Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Industrialization Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Office within Group Trucks Operations, supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong coordination abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Industrialization Project Manager Location: Greensboro, NC Pay Range: $50/h + Benefits What's the Job? Lead and manage project teams of approximately 10 to 15 people responsible for key operations deliveries including Manufacturing Engineering, logistics, quality, and production. Develop and secure commitments on Quality, Deliveries, and Costs using the Volvo Product Development Process. Define and anchor resource needs with project team members and their respective managers. Establish and manage project budgets effectively. Participate in cross-functional project teams, advocating for GTO requirements and reporting on project deliverables. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a Project Manager role, successfully driving projects from initiation to implementation. PMP certification is a plus. Knowledge and experience in SAFe Agile methodologies. Familiarity with the Volvo Product Development waterfall process and the Volvo Performance System. What's in it for me?
