You will play a critical role in maintaining data quality standards that support the organization's operations.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Data Accuracy Specialist to manage data accuracy and entry across various sources and formats. This position is a contract opportunity that will be full-time and fully onsite in Concord, NH.What You'll DoLocate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisorsCompile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is enteredCompare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification format to detect errorsStore completed documents in appropriate locationsSelect materials needed to complete work assignmentsRead source documents such as plans, applications, and paper files, and enter data in specific data fields using keyboards or scannersMaintain logs of activities and completed workDownload data from the web and import to custom database user interface softwareResolve unclear or poorly visible information by communicating with othersWork with Vendor to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedulesManage one's own time and the time of othersCommunicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audienceContinually seek to improve practices to add quality and value in support of the work while identifying unnecessary or redundant actionsWhat You'll NeedRequired:Professional experience reviewing various data and document sources for accuracy and completing data entry once accuracy is confirmed (3 Years)Experience compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data (3 Years)Experience proactively communicating information to supervisors, co-workers, and vendors by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person (3 Years)Experience running various database user queries and searches (i.e., Microsoft Access) (2 Years)Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) (3 Years)Internet Browser experience (i.e., Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox) (3 Years)Experience working with Microsoft Teams in relation to shared files and document/file collaborationAbility to lift a full banker's box (approximately 35 pounds)Preferred:Experience reviewing data/documentation specifically related to blueprints and/or permits in a previous roleExperience converting Word to PDF, binding multiple PDFs into one, redacting text, and highlighting in Adobe Acrobat Professional (1 Year)Experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems (1 Year)Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor#LI-JM1Reasonable Accommodation StatementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 - 8111.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy StatementCAI is committed to equal employment opportunity.
