The operator is one that works independently and as part of a team, effectively communicates, gets along with others, has a positive attitude, and is well organized. 10-hour shifts are standard but are subject to change based on company need. Primary Duties: Set up and operate laminator according to spec sheet. Consistently run high quality products efficiently. Anticipate potential problems through observation and attention to detail. Assist others in resolving issues (people, system, maintenance) Ensure safe and proper assembly of machine. Perform minor maintenance. Perform Quality tests and enter data on form. Train employees when needed. Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment. Requirements: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) One year previous machine operating experience Lifting up to 50lbs Does this sound like you?
