Create detailed reports on Part Usage, Parts received, and Open purchase orders to present each morning Regularly compare pricing to identify potential cost savings. Keeping inventory of various items within the warehouse department ensuring no shortages occur. Declutter bins with items that are no longer in use. Create QR codes and assign new stocking locations Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and all stocking locations. Work with maintenance to redefine the description of existing parts to facilitate their research and to give consistency to their descriptions Assisting shipping and receiving Specialist with labeling and placing parts in the correct location. Inspecting parts for correctness, damage, and quantity once delivered. Manage the vending machine inventorying items sold daily Manage vending machine inventory and employees who have access to it. Prepare shipments for vendors and returns. Maintain accurate records of shipping/receiving activities Generating quotes and purchase orders Comply with departmental & job safety practices.
