Position: Insurance Associate BrokerLocation: Glen Mills, PAWorksite Arrangement: In-officeSchedule: 8am-5pm ET, M-FSalary: $60,000 annually + quarterly merit bonus Start date: Early June*P&C License RequiredOverview:Avenica is currently evaluating talent for an Associate Broker in the insurance industry. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional service to retail agency clients & insurance markets. The ability to effectively manage several accounts & lines of coverage is key for success in this role. Great opportunity with a supportive training environment, long-term stability, and competitive benefits!Responsibilities:Coordinate with insurance carriers and agency partners to secure renewals and competitive coverageDevelop knowledge of transportation insurance products and market trendsMaintain strong relationships with agents and carriers through clear, consistent communicationAssess client needs and provide tailored insurance quotesKeep organized and accurate electronic records of policiesRequirements:2+ years of insurance experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentProven skills in building and maintaining strong client relationshipsP&C insurance license required.
