Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You Will Make in this Role:As Senior Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategy you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here you will make an impact by:Providing strategic and operational financial leadership to GSC strategy, value streams, project management, continuous improvement, and separation managementBeing a strong business partner in support of M&A activities, divestitures & separation and spending for the GSC Strategy Team in conjunction with and to support the needs of GSC operationsDeveloping and driving value stream processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to support GSC strategy, value streams, project management, continuous improvement, and separation managementEnsuring consistency of operations and reporting across GSC Strategy organization and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure E2E alignment and compliance in Global Supply Chain strategy processesComplex financial modeling supporting GSC strategy, value streams, project management, continuous improvement, and separation management initiativesLeading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support GSC rhythms, month end close activities, monthly financial reviews, monthly operating reviews, quarterly forecast reviews, annual operation plans and Strat PlansCollaborating with the manufacturing segments and GSC organizations to implement and maintain GSC strategy, value streams, project management, continuous improvement, and separation management processesAnalyze planning spend and work with the teams to identify, communicate and execute productivity improvement opportunities.Ensure compliance to financial standardsYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and Ten (10) years of experience working in finance organizations with key understanding of business unit and commercial processes and reportingFive (5) years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain financeThree (3) years of experience in Strategic Finance completing end-to-end complex financial modeling for global organizationsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:CPA, CMA or equivalent international certificationExperience within organizations experiencing integrations, divestitures, and other forms of corporate restructuringMaster's degree from an accredited institutionExcellent oral and written communication skillsFinance experience in the MedTech IndustryLeadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders and drive alignment on financial assumptions cross-functionallyAbility to lead through others and influenceProven communication skills and ability to interact with and influence leaders at all levelsAbility to define and deploy global strategies and operational rhythm for Global Supply ChainDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with global team to develop/deploy/improve standardsPragmatic, results-oriented with a strong bias towards executing with speed, agility, and qualityExperience in a global business setting and understanding of operational and cultural differences due to geography, size, and scope of the organizationRecord of career progression with increasing levels of responsibilityOutstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passionWork location: Remote Travel: May include up to 20% domestic and internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
