Position Overview The Production System Operations Manager is a critical role responsible for driving the implementation and continuous improvement of production systems across multiple U.S. site locations. This position leads cross-functional site projects to ensure defect-free launches, system upgrades, and optimal usage of equipment and technology. Acting as the subject matter expert in production systems, particularly CBASE, and its associated applications, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, train key personnel, and develop KPIs that enhance operational efficiency and system performance. This role requires a strong foundation in food production, a strategic approach to systems deployment, and the ability to influence and support diverse teams. You'll also model company values, support cross-departmental initiatives, and travel frequently to ensure alignment across all production sites Location: Remote (U.S. based) "” requires frequent domestic travel Please Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. How You'll Impact Our Team Working cross-functionally, lead site projects to implement and upgrade production systems to ensure defect-free launches and proper usage of systems and equipment Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement production system improvements and advancements Train food managers, food supervisors, chefs, and production control personnel on production system usage and best practices Support the creation and setup of data required to drive production systems Develop and improve production system KPIs to drive operational efficiency visibility and results in the field Function as the Subject Matter Expert for production systems Leadership Model corporate values and participate as required in groups, initiatives, and advisory bodies Proactively support other departments and functions as the Subject Matter Expert What We Look for in a Candidate Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree required Five to seven years of experience in food production required Three to five years of experience in deployment of systems/processes required Expert level knowledge of CBASE required for internal candidates and highly preferred for external candidates Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all organizational levels Team player with ability to work with cross-functional, cross cultural teams, and all levels of management with skills of motivation, organization and leadership Proficient computer skills to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Road Warrior!
