Associate Document Control

Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking an Associate Document Control Specialist to join their team. As an Associate Document Control Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting cross-functional teams across production, packaging, and R&D. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.   Job Title: Associate Document Control Location: Manassas, VA (On-site) Pay Range: $32.00/hour What's the Job? Create, revise, and manage controlled documents within the Quality Management System Issue and review batch records to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards Support audits and regulatory inspections by preparing documentation and assisting on-site Participate in CAPA and Change Control processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records and compliance What's Needed? Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and test methods Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field preferred Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and Food Quality Plans  Knowledge of GMP and Quality Systems  What's in it for me?
