You will be the first line of customer service and a partner in ensuring that customers reach their sales and profitability potential. A successful candidate will be able to assess customer sales and identify opportunities to maximize value. Position Responsibilities:Service assigned stores as scheduled dailyProviding excellent customer serviceProvide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations.Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required.Maintain safe store aisles.Maintenance of assigned equipmentPerform additional duties as assignedReporting hours to division on provided time sheetsPerforms other related duties as assignedThe ideal candidate should possess the following:Self-motivated, self-starter & detail orientedAble to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsQualification:• High School graduate or equivalent.• 6+ months merchandising experience• Must be able to interpret and execute planograms• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and must be able to travel to customer locations• Driver's license with clear driving record• Frequent Activity- Will lift products weighing from 5-25 lbs. This is done throughout the day.
