HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry, is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting facility maintenance and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HVAC Technician Location: Indianapolis, IN Shift: 2nd (M-F, 2:00 - 10:00 PM) What's the Job? Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, including plumbing systems and building repairs. Study and familiarize yourself with various equipment and methods required for everyday activities. Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations. Complete any other duties and tasks as assigned. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED equivalent, technical training or degree. Universal EPA / CFC license. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
