Project Engineer

Our client, a leader in the engineering sector, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various projects that enhance operational efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: Project Engineer Location: Waverly, IA Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job? Oversee capital investments related to the company's fixed assets with a cross-functional team. Manage projects from initial conceptual studies through to project closeout. Facilitate change in a manufacturing environment to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout all project phases. Support clear communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. What's Needed? Degree in an Engineering Field (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical) with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Project Management and Process Engineering experience within the food & dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or consumer products industry is a plus. Strong experience in managing internal and external project teams. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and basic AutoCAD.
