ResponsibilitiesKforce's client in the Appleton area is looking for an Assistant Controller. Summary: The Assistant Corporate Controller is responsible for corporate financial reporting. They will support the Corporate Controller in financial management, reporting, and compliance tasks such as preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in strategic financial decision making.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA 7 years of related experience, 3-5 years in public accounting Extensive financial management and financial reporting experience in a publicly-held organization is required Solid understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes Oxley Working conditions: in officeThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
