Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Environmental Sales Consultant, known internally as an Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales & environmental services background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships. Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to achieve sales targets by selling new lines of business.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product development) to ensure client satisfaction.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Background in Environmental Health & Safety (preferred but not required)Ability to work independently and manage 300+ client accounts.Experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM tools is a plus.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
