If you thrive in a high-stakes environment and have a passion for cutting-edge technology, this is your chance to make a direct impact on national defense.As the Project BOCKSCAR Network Engineer, you will:Serve as the focal point for network enhancement and certificationEnsure seamless operation and strategic upgrades of the BOCKSCAR networkLead mobile device management services, integrating applications, researching new technology, and setting up mission-critical devicesBe the key decision-maker responsible for approvals and upgrades to the BOCKSCAR network and Electronic Flight Bag programProvide technical recommendations that directly support warfightersYour Impact:Maintain and control the BOCKSCAR network and all associated equipmentManage mobile electronic devices for more than 3,200 Air Force personnelPlan upgrades for the BOCKSCAR network and Electronic Flight Bag programCollaborate with key Air Force teams including 55 OG STAN/EVAL, 55 WG Innovations Team, and 55 CGKeep leadership, aircrews, and contractors informed of critical system updatesDevelop technical documents, network maps, and reports that drive mission successConduct network and mobile device testing, issue resolution, and recoveryDeliver essential briefings and updates to senior military stakeholdersWhat's Required:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience with waiver) and 6+ years of relevant experienceCurrent Secret Clearance required.
