Admission to the California Bar.Position OverviewWe are a leading national law firm focused on employment, labor, and workforce management, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing employers in employment law matters and advising on compliance with workforce regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic advice and counseling to clients on a wide range of employment, labor, and workforce management issues.Develop and implement effective legal strategies for complex labor and employment mattersCollaborate with other partners and attorneys to ensure the success of client casesLead and manage a team of attorneys and legal professionals in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practiceRepresent Employers before federal and state agencies, such as the EEOC and NLRB.Advise clients on employment policies, employee handbooks, and compliance with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII)Stay updated on current employment and labor laws and regulationsMaintain and expand relationships with existing clients, as well as develop new business opportunitiesParticipate in business development activities and initiatives to promote the firm's servicesQualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive member of the state bar association and in good standingMinimum of 7+ years of experience practicing employment law, labor relations, and/or workforce management (ELWM)Experience with Trade Secret, Fraud, Breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of commercia leases, breach of partnership agreements, shareholder disputes, unfair competition, trade secret and restrictive covenant, as well as soft IP litigation in trademark and copyright.Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of attorneysExcellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skillsClient-focused with a strong business acumenAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a highly motivated and skilled Employment, Labor & Workforce Management attorney looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
