SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Superintendent will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations and personnel.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Oversee excavation, site development, site preparation, grading, utility installations, and road constructions.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control measures.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction management.Strong knowledge of excavation, site development, site preparation, grading, utilities, and road construction.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with project management software and tools.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
