The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling a variety of general liability cases, including defense strategies and litigation. You will be responsible for representing clients in legal disputes and providing expert legal advice regarding slip and fall incidents, trucking accidents, and construction defect claims.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in general liability cases, including slip and fall, trucking, and construction defect claimsDevelop and implement defense strategies for litigationConduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadingsNegotiate settlements with opposing partiesAdvise clients on legal rights and obligationsAttend court hearings and trials as necessaryCollaborate with other legal professionals to prepare cases for trialQualificationsBarred in FL1+ year of experience in general liability and litigationStrong knowledge of defense strategies and legal proceduresExperience with slip and fall, trucking, and construction defect casesExcellent analytical and research skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamNICE TO HAVE: Trial experience, 2nd ChairBenefitsSalary: $90-150kContribute to health insurance premiums Parental & Maternal LeaveVoluntary Vision & Dental InsuranceVoluntary Life InsuranceShort and Long Term DisabilityMatch 401(k)10 holidays firmwide a year plus additional 10 PTO days first yearAdditional 15 PTO days for 2nd year, further bumps at 5 and 15 year marks.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
