Summary Objective: The Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations oversees multiple Onelife Fitness locations in their assigned region, leading Regional Directors, Area Directors, and General Managers to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and an outstanding member experience. This role is responsible for executing revenue strategies, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing club operations, and developing high-performing leaders. Essential Functions: Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time Lead a team of Regional Directors to successfully manage assigned Onelife Fitness club locations in assigned region Ensure successful day-to-day operations within each club, providing feedback and guidance as needed Job Responsibilities: Provide guidance, leadership and coaching to all Regional Directors, Area Directors, and assigned General Managers Coach Regional Directors, Area Directors, and General Managers in the process of monthly goal setting, giving staff on-going feedback and coaching, applying clear and consistent performance standards, defining clear roles and responsibilities, and handling performance issues constructively and correctly Communicate region-wide changes in policies and procedures Partner with assigned clubs to drive monthly sales efforts Participate in the recruiting and hiring of all staff for the assigned area of clubs Lead and conduct training efforts for assigned clubs on an ongoing basis Review and manage daily sales reporting, revenue and expenses, weekly sales audits, member gains and terminations and communicate all results to the Chief Club Officer Support the partnership between sales and fitness throughout the assigned region of clubs to ensure the successful on boarding of new members Support Non-Dues Revenue generation throughout clubs and work with team to drive results Seek out creative and innovative ways to generate new revenue sources and proactively control expenses Proficient in all reports generated through appropriate programs Identify and mentor high-potential talent to for future leadership Inspect clubs to ensure adherence to cleanliness and operation standards Address problems to correct in a timely manner and submit work orders, as needed Respond to members as needed for assigned clubs Review bi-weekly payroll trend reports and make staffing recommendations accordingly Conduct and submit quarterly coaching reports for in club leaders following company policies and procedures Visit each club in assigned area at least once per week Emulate and drive Onelife Fitness core values among staff members in the clubs and promote communication between team members Attend all required meetings Assume other duties as assigned Work early morning, evening, and weekend hours as necessary Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Proven leadership experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success in sales and operations management, preferably in the fitness, retail, or hospitality industries Understanding of the fitness industry, club operations, and member experience People-focused and motivating, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams Strategic and tactical thinker with the ability to balance long-term goals with daily operational execution Disciplined, diligent, and KPI-driven, motivated by team performance, sales results, and operational success Self-starter and natural leader who takes initiative and drives results with minimal direction Operationally aware and able to make informed decisions to improve club performance and efficiency Analytical and data-driven, able to generate, review, and act on reports and performance metrics Solutions-oriented, calm under pressure, and proactive in resolving challenges Hands-on and approachable, willing to engage directly with staff and members"”including stepping in at the front desk when needed Familiarity with retail/hospitality schedules, including flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends Collaborative and independent, comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team Required Experience, Education, & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred Minimum of 10 years of multi-unit leadership experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality Proven success in sales management, strategic execution, and team development All Onelife Fitness team members receive: Complimentary Membership and Guest Privileges Discounts on Personal Training, Mind&Body, Aquatics, and Kids Programs Discounts on Serenity Day Spa Services and all apparel In-house Continuing Education and CEC Reimbursement Personal Training and Stretch & Recovery Certification BenefitHub Perks Additional Full Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental and Life Insurance Benefits HSA DFSA Paid Parental Leave 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off US FITNESS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Know Your RightsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
