Adjust machine settings to control the flow, depth, and consistency of concrete placement. Work closely with ground crews, finishers, and other operators to ensure a smooth and efficient paving process. Monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments or repairs as needed. Follow strict safety protocols and identify potential hazards on the job site.Qualifications 3+ years of experience operating concrete paving machines or similar heavy construction equipment. Background in heavy civil construction with experience in concrete paving operations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.Requirements Able to meet all physical requirements. Must have all required tools Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft) Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload Observe and comply with all safety and project rules.
