Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of law, particularly in insurance subrogation, catastrophic loss, and litigation. This role will involve assisting senior attorneys in case preparation, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of legal documents and case filesConduct legal research and analysis to support case strategiesRepresent clients in court hearings and depositionsCommunicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholdersAssist in negotiating settlements and resolving disputesStay updated on legal developments relevant to practice areasContribute to the development of legal strategies and case plansQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the Arizona State Bar or California State Bar1-3 years of experience in civil litigation or related fieldsStrong knowledge of insurance subrogation, product liability, and mass tortExcellent research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and STD, LTDLife Insurance, 401K Retirement PlanPaid Time Off - accrued.Competitive SalaryEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
