Optical Manager

Luxury eyewear store is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and detail oriented Optical Manager with exceptional customer service, optical and sales experience. Outgoing, high touch, customer service and hospitality are required. Must be a certified optician and prior optical sales, experience working in an Optometrist's office, insurance billing and/or contact lens experience are preferred.Responsibilities:At least 1 year experience working as a Manager in high end luxury eyewear sales with retail customers and patientsStrong communication skills, professionalism, finesse and efficiency in providing quality care to customers in person, by phone and via emailOutgoing and informative sales abilitiesComfortable using and learning digital systems and emailAssist with general office maintenance and helping to increase effectiveness of operations - providing an extra set of hands whether the project is big or smallEnjoy working with people, excited about new opportunities and great with time management
