Our Jacksonville office is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Civil Litigation Defense department.The successful candidate will be a part of a team of 120+ lawyers located across the nation.Our associates have the opportunity to direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements.
