Job Title: AttorneyLocation: Salisbury, NCSalary: $100-140k (DOE)Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients in various areas of law, ensuring their rights are protected and upheld.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and representation to clients in courtroom settings.Draft legal documents such as contracts, wills, and pleadings.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Represent clients in negotiations and mediations to reach favorable settlements.Prepare and present cases in court, including gathering evidence and examining witnesses.Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal practices.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Proven experience as an attorney, preferably in personal injury, workers compensation, or similar fields.Strong knowledge of legal procedures and regulations.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
