Job Description: Exciting Job Opportunity at MSK: Payroll Analyst, AssociateJoin MSK's dynamic payroll team in a role where you'll engage in innovative financial operations and drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing daily tax reports generated in Workday and transmitting tax payments to ADP for 40+ states while reconciling tax liabilities and payments. Assist in processing Vacation Payouts, loads and EIBs, and Workday Retro Processing. Perform daily audits of data entered by employees and payroll staff. Communicate with agencies and employees in all matters relating to Withholding Orders. Ensure that orders are set up correctly in compliance with the law, remitted to the appropriate agencies, and that electronic files received are accurate. Create and submit labor reports for federal, state, NYS, and NJ Dept of Labor to the Bureau of Statistics. Perform daily payroll audits and ensure daily, biweekly, and post-confirm audit reports generated in Workday, reviewed, and distributed as needed. Act as liaison with Chase bank and MSK treasury department to troubleshoot employee ACH and check issues. Manage the ACH returns and communication with the employees. Prepare documentation requested by internal and external auditors and the MSK Legal Department. External auditors include accounting firms, the IRS, various state agencies, and Workers' Compensation auditors. Provide superior customer service to all employees and external business partners, by providing precise and accurate guidance to all inquiries via email. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance. Ability to convey information clearly and concisely across various platforms. Exceptional organizational skills to manage high-volume tasks efficiently.
