The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling personal injury cases from inception through trial, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Our attorneys will represent clients in various personal injury matters, including wrongful death claims, ensuring that their rights are protected throughout the legal process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from start to finishConduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsRepresent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trialsNegotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing partiesStay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations in personal injury and litigationPrepare and present compelling arguments to the judge and juryQualificationsJD degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice in the state of TX4+ years of experience in personal injury litigationProven track record of successful case outcomesStrong understanding of wrongful death and personal injury lawsExcellent negotiation, research, and writing skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamBenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary starting at 150,000.00/year, a collaborative work environment, exceptional benefits, and quarterly bonuses.
