Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in various personal injury cases, ensuring their rights are upheld and providing expert legal counsel throughout the litigation process.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in personal injury litigation cases from inception to resolutionConduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategyDraft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requestsManage all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activitiesEngage in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as necessaryNegotiate settlements on behalf of clientsCommunicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and strategyCollaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case managementStay updated on legal developments and changes in personal injury lawQualificationsJuris Doctorate degreeLicensed with the Colorado Bar Association3+ years of experience in personal injury litigationStrong understanding of trial procedures and litigation processesExperience conducting depositions and representing clients in mediations and arbitrationsProven track record of handling personal injury cases, including car accidents and premises liabilityExcellent negotiation and communication skillsPay/BenefitsStrong Salary ($120K - $180K) + Commission/BonusFull Benefits Package (Medical/Dental/Vision)401K Retirement PlanFlexible Working ScheduleUpward Mobility + Tremendous Growth OpportunitiesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
