SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, particularly within multi-family and commercial construction sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure projects are progressing on schedule.Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and tradesmen to ensure quality and efficiency.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards and project specifications.Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including building codes and safety standards.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations, particularly in multi-family and commercial construction.Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and projects effectively.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
