Install Supervisor

Compensation Details:$85K - $95K + BonusJob Description:SummaryThe Install Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Installation Teams in the delivery of HVAC installations. This individual will ensure the Installation Team have the proper skills, support, and resources to meet efficiency targets and customers receive exceptional installation outcomes.Responsibilities:Enhance the customer experience by reducing misdiagnosis, call backs, and install warranties. Drive execution/quality and meet efficiency targets set by Leadership. Minimize overtime while maximizing team assignment by Job Type and Skills. Support the Installation, Sales, and Admin teams as a technical resource. Provide onsite field support for advanced level troubleshooting. Review Sold Jobs in Service Titan prior to Installation - verify equipment and labor, check for unforeseen obstacles that could delay the jobs, run site visits prior to install when necessary. Partner with Manager in period close job costing efforts. Improve Installer Technical skills through creation and delivery of ongoing training. Support the field onboarding process by providing oversight and input of candidate skillset and technical experience. Communicate with customers to resolve installation issues. Communicate company decisions, directives, policies, goals, programs, and promotions with Team. Attend weekly department meetings.  Supervisor a team of Installers. Cover for unexpected call-out/no-show technicians to ensure job is still completed on time. Completing sold jobs in a timely manner and exceeding customer expectations. Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent to join the team and grow the department. Keeping department expenses within budget. Be a team player with strong organizational and leadership skills. Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks with minimal direction. This position involves hands-on work and administrative work via computer/tablet.
