The primary focus of this role is to operate and oversee filler equipment efficiently, ensuring daily production targets are met while maintaining safety and product quality standards.Compensation Range: $19.00 - $22.00Job DescriptionHere's what you'll do:Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Follow all GMP, Food Safety & Company policies. Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned filler equipment in accordance with production schedules. Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and make minor adjustments as needed. Oversee the operations of the assigned production line to ensure smooth workflow. Perform quality checks to verify product specifications and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve operational challenges. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety protocols. Accurately complete all required documentation and production reports. QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
