ManTech seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented GEOINT Business Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VAAdvises and assists with Agency- and Key Component (KC)-level strategic planning, governance, and business analysis, develops process improvement recommendations and facilitates quality improvement efforts; translates operational requirements and mission needs into technical terminology and specifications; coordinates internal and/or external governance; provides assessment and recommendations of governance topics; and develop, coordinate and manage metrics and performance measures that reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of the Information Technology operations. Duties shall include, but are not limited to: Lead, manage, and support the Government lead's Governance DivisionDevelop, evolve, maintain, and implement Governance business process improvementsCoordinate internal and/or external governance Develop, track, and recommend governance topicsDevelop, coordinate and manage metrics and performance measures that reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of CIO-T Governance Writing reports, updating SharePoint sites, and documenting outcomes, as required, for governance forumsMaintain official records management files for Governance documentationParticipate in information and decision desk-side briefings, issue update meetings, discussions, pre-briefs, and debriefingsRequired Skills and Experience:11+ years of experience with HR, program management, process improvement, business, or analytical experienceBachelor's DegreeExperience with corporate governance issuesExperience with MS Office and SharePointDesired Skills and Experience:Previous experience within the Intel communitySecurity Clearance Requirements:Must have an active/current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a PolyPhysical Requirements:Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Constantly position self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
