Construction Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. This role requires effective management of project teams, resources, and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from planning through executionDevelop project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with client objectivesCoordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are metManage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expensesConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsCommunicate project status to stakeholders, addressing any issues that ariseEnsure all necessary permits and inspections are completed in a timely mannerImplement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction project managementProven experience with commercial, mixed-use, retail, industrial, and public works projectsStrong understanding of civil and vertical construction techniquesFamiliarity with project management software and toolsOSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesBenefitsDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
