Check out our job openings and advance your career with a company that values its team members!LOCATION:  760 Westchester Ave, Rye Brook, NY 10573HOURS: 10:00am - 6:30pm; Monday to FridayFULL TIME:  Benefits EligibleIn this role, you will:Lead Histology laboratory operations with a focus on identifying areas of opportunity and implementing action plans.Support the General Manager with organizational goals and objectives, including developing and inspiring your team of employees.Interact with a variety of clients, employees, and business units, with a commitment to customer-focused service.Review business indicators, optimize processes, and maximize profitability.Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.All you need is:Bachelor's or higher in a clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or chemical, physical or biological science NYS license as a Clinical Lab Technologist or HistotechnologistExperience required:If you hold a Master's degree- 2 years of experience post-licensure is requiredIf you hold a Bachelor's degree- 4 years of experience post-licensure is requiredExceptional communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.Previous supervisory experience.Bonus points if you've got:Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or other service organization.ASCP (HT/HTL) preferred, but not required Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year (depending on experience). Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.Sonic Healthcare USA, reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
