Function: Human Resources Job Summary: If you're a skilled senior recruiter with a passion for identifying and hiring exceptional talent, we want to hear from you!We are hiring an experienced Senior Field Talent Acquisition Specialist who will work closely with multiple manufacturing sites, their leadership teams, and corporate talent acquisition to drive the recruitment of top-tier engineering professionals. You'll play a visible role in shaping the future of engineering across the company. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the future growth of CF Industries by bringing in the talent that will help drive its success. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the search process for the full life-cycle of assigned engineering searches - from intake, sourcing, interviewing, debrief and selection, to offer recommendation and presentationDevelop and execute creative strategic sourcing strategies to attract passive and active engineering candidatesSource and build robust talent pools by leveraging diverse and innovative channelsPartner with hiring managers to create compelling recruitment marketing strategiesCollaborate with colleagues and site leadership teams to understand their specific talent needs and provide recruitment solutions for their engineering functionsManage and analyze recruitment metrics, offering insights and recommendations to improve the hiring processEducate the internal teams and business partners on trends in the external labor market, competitive total rewards insights, talent availability, and other key factors that impact recruitment strategies and decision makingLead and contribute to cross-functional HR project initiatives and committeesPrepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offersCultivate long-term relationships with candidates and build sustainable talent pipelinesResponsible for compiling and presenting weekly recruiting reports, analyzing key metrics to assess, and creating recruiting strategies to fill positions effectively. Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment policies, interview procedures, and legal complianceMaintain accurate records within the applicant tracking systemContinuously strive for improvements in recruitment efficiencies, such as reducing time-to-fill and enhancing candidate satisfactionAttend meetings, conferences and seminars to gain additional knowledge and effectively leverage in daily workFacilitate and lead New Hire Orientation sessions, as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally combining third-party and corporate search, with a preference for recruiting engineers or another highly specialized areaStrong relationship-building skills and experience providing high-touch consultation to leadership at every levelTrack record of gaining a deep understanding of the business lines supportedProficient in using Workday applicant tracking systemExpertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other sourcing & social media platformsIn-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations and OFCCP complianceDemonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions with tact and professionalismProven ability to work in a matrixed and geographically disbursed environmentStrong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyAbility to travel 40% of the timeHybrid work model, this position requires 3 days a week in the office and work remotely on the other days.Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skillsIn addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a protentional of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer's contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
