Job Location: Timberville, VAJob Type: Full TimeShift(s) Available: 2ndCompensation: $24.60/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Marathon Health Clinic (Employer sponsored health center) Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities  Support the implementation of EHS programs including Ramp-In, monthly safety  training, and other initiatives as deemed necessary Ensure that training information and material is communicated and demonstrated promptly and accurately Train new employees and assist in new hire training efforts within each department; communicate new hire progress to plant supervision Ensure that new hire resources, supplies, and materials are available Provide on-the-job training with the support of buddy trainers for new hires on boarding and coaching team members Ensure all team members have the tools, resources, information, and ability to perform their job duties Learn processes in all areas of production (RTC, FAB, Pack Out, and Meat Prep), PFS, FSQR, Safety, and Safety &  Ergonomics Be available to tour prospective candidates for production/support positions Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills Basic computer knowledge and skills: familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel Must be able to read write and comprehend English Preferred Qualifications Bilingual communication skills is preferred, but not required Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
