We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Supervisor to oversee residential installation crews. Maintains customer satisfaction and jobsite quality.Supervises and schedules installation employees; handles hiring, training, and disciplineReviews workloads and assigns work to maximize efficiencyCommunicates with homeowners and inspectors to coordinate workOrders and tracks materials/equipment for jobsVisits job sites to inspect progress and qualityEnsures permits are obtained and inspections are completedAssists crews with technical questions and challengesVerifies job completion and returns documentation/payments to officeHandles customer concerns and resolves issuesPrepares reports on operations, materials, and vehicle useIdentifies training needs and provides ongoing instruction Qualifications: What You Need:North Carolina H3 License (must have)5+ years of HVAC installation experienceEPA certification requiredBasic carpentry, gas piping, electrical, and airflow knowledgeValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and smartphone apps for daily tasksStrong understanding of local codes and industry standardsNote: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
