Personal Injury Attorney

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will represent clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others, providing legal counsel and advocacy throughout the litigation process. Your primary objective will be to ensure that clients receive fair compensation for their injuries and losses.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation to resolutionConduct legal research and analysis to support case argumentsPrepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motionsNegotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counselManage case files and maintain communication with clients regarding case statusConduct depositions and prepare witnesses for trialDevelop and implement effective trial strategiesAttend court hearings and represent clients in front of judges and juriesAdvocate for clients' rights and interests throughout the legal processQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the relevant stateProven experience as a personal injury attorney or in a similar roleStrong litigation and negotiation skillsExcellent case management and organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with medical malpractice cases is a plusKnowledge of court procedures and legal writingStrong advocacy skills and a client-focused approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsMedical, Vision, Dental401KPTOEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
